We do not collect any characteristics associated with protected classifications, including age, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or physical and mental abilities or disabilities. However, you have the option to voluntarily provide these data, such as including a pronoun preference in your email signature when contacting us.
Furthermore, we do not collect any biometric data. You have the choice to upload a picture to your user profile, which can be a genuine image of yourself or a representation that best reflects you. Please note that we do not extract any information from profile pictures; they are for your personal use alone.

Payment information

The Service relies on third parties to process subscription payments, so the Service necessarily must share identifying information with the relevant payment processor in order to know which account the payment will be applied to. We do not otherwise store any of your payment information. All payments are processed by Stripe (the "Reseller"). As the payment process is entirely and independently carried out by the Reseller, you submit the relevant payment details directly to the Reseller. The Reseller’s privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy. For web subscriptions ("Products"), Stripe allows the Service to access the following payment data: your email address and your payment method (e.g. by credit card), but not the specifics of the payment itself, in order to obtain an overview over the Product’s performance. The legitimate interest of Stripe is to transparently communicate its sales of the Product to the Service; the legitimate interest of the Service is to know about its revenues generated by Stripe. The user, data subject has the possibility to revoke consent for the handling of personal data at any time from Stripe. A revocation shall not have any effect on personal data, which must be processed, used or transmitted in accordance with (contractual) payment processing.
